Q: Where are you located? Do you have a shop? A: We have a machine shop not a retail location and we can not entertain visitors for liability and security reasons.
Q: Do you make firearms? A: No; but we get as close as we legally can before being regulated. We make parts for guns but no firearm frames or receivers as defined in the firearms act. We want to focus our time on being creative, not fighting to appease a regulatory body that is always changing the rules.
Q: Can you drive out to my house to deliver? A: No. 3E is not a delivery service. We ship Canada Post. When we hear about Safeway CEOs delivering groceries, we will re-consider.
Q: Do you take trades or consignments? A: No.
Q: Do you do custom work? A: Yes and No. Simple tasks such as barrel threading does not interest 3E. Often we are limited by machine time and projects on the go. But something creative…new... we would like to hear about it.
Q: Are you in Canada? A: Yes, we hoped the .CA domain would clear that up.
Q: Can you ship to the United States? A: No complete firearms. Otherwise yes. Payment must be via EMT. Expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. We track the packages and are not responsible if customs seizes anything.
Q: Can you ship internationally? A: No.
